The class days and times are intentional for learning about Hawaiian Spirituality. When you enrol, you will unlock the Schoolhouse Zoom Classroom Details and Training Modules. 2.30 hours/class. Ho'ike is a demonstration of your knowledge, understanding and ability to apply the Teachings. You have 12 weeks to complete the Ho'ike which includes your 1:1 Session with the Kumus.

This training is for Non-Hawaiian Practitioners of Lomilomi, Ho'oponopono and those intending to study to become a Practitioner

As a non-Hawaiian Practitioner, you did not grow up in the Culture. So itʻs natural you don't have that deeper understanding of what shapes Hawaiian Healing, or appreciate it at the level the Kanaka Maoli (Indigenous First Nations} Practitioner does. If your past training focused more on strokes and felt like vague Teachings, your work might look beautiful but missing the genuine Hawaiian Teachings underneath.

Intentionally Small Training Cohort

The Training is limited to 10 participants to ensure meaningful Teaching, Practice and Guidance. For small group work you will have time with each Kumu. When it comes to Ho'ike, it's your 1:1 with them for coaching and mentoring.

Halau Training is not the same as "doing a course"

Training directly under a ʻūnīkiʻd Lineage Kumu—two of them in this case—is not like "doing a course". You are training in the Lineage Teachings that are the Foundation Teachings. You are directly connected to the Source and the actual Place, which is a physical connection that can be easily verified by others of that Place who we are. We are not Teachers who have done a course to become a Teacher. We are the next Generation of Lineage Holders training you.

How to choose: NEW STUDENT: you have not trained with Hālau Pō Me Nani before or our sister Hālau Lei Aloha in Ireland. CURRENT STUDENT: you are studying now with Hālau Pō Me Nani or Hālau Lei Aloha. REFRESHER: you completed training previously and want to refresh on the Teacings. This doesnʻt include the Hoʻike, itʻs classes only.
